Join us as we learn about Shakespeare’s shortest and bloodiest tragedy! The Scottish Play, whose name supposedly brings bad luck, is quoted or referenced in a raft of other works, including Hamilton and Harry Potter!

Murder, mayhem, fighting…this play has it all! Add some weird sisters, a wifezilla and some ghosts,  and you have the formula for a great story and some wickedly juicy scenework. Plus lots of cool characters and activities to improve both your understanding of Shakespeare and your acting chops!

Koreen Paterson

Koreen is a former school psychologist and teacher turned homeschooling mom. She started performing in musicals in fourth grade—and has been in love with them ever since! Her journeying in theater has included writing and directing a musical for a summer missions team and running a summer Shakespeare program in the local public library. She has also sung in a traveling performance choir and directed a small girls’ choir. Koreen is excited to join the CYT family and continue to learn and grow together!
